Daya Constructions began it's journey as a sole proprietorship in 1984 and was subsequently incorporate as a limited liability company in 1989. This company achieved wider confidence within short period of 24 years in the constructions industry in Sri Lanka.
The Company was awarded the highest grading, M1 which is granted for the best in the industry. It employes over 1000 personnel. It is also recognized as one of the top 10 companies in the constructions industry in Sri Lanka.
During last 24 years we have successfuly undertaken and carried out government, semigovernment, private sector projects of a very high profile,In the field of building constructions, road and bridge constructions and water supply. Ascrutiny of list of projects completed and those presently in the operation amply demonstrate the magnitude of work undertaken. In this instance it is pertinent to mention that Daya Constructions is the first local construction company to win a major road project funded by the Asian Development Bank.
The company is fully equip to undetake any major projects in the construction field of civil and road constructions. We are in poccession of a wide range of modern vehicles, machinery and equipments and other accessories required to perform at this level of constructions. The office procedures, accounting and management of human resources are fully computerized and we are commited to upgrading of machinery as well as human resources in keeping with the requirement at local and global level.
